The role of Human Resource Management personnel is to effectively plan, organize, lead and control all of resources to deliver Human Resource Management functions in order to achieve departmental goals. The person who is competent in Human Resource Management will be able to analyze Human Resource Management concept and requirements, plan Human Resource Management, perform Human Resource Management, evaluate Human Resource Management and prepare Human Resource Management periodical report. in accordance with organisational requirement. The outcome of this CU is to meet occupational skills standard which incorporate the skills, knowledge and attitude to be delivered systematically. |
