Penerangan CU | This competency unit describes the skills, knowledge and attitude requirements in HR research & development. The role of HR Research & development personnel is to provide research services to establish facts, solving problems, introduce new ideas, products or services using a scientific method in order to achieve organizational objectives. The person who is competent in HR research & development activities will be able to analyze research & development activities concepts and requirements, plan research & development activities, perform HR research & development activities, evaluate HR research written report and perform HR Research & Development report presentation in accordance with organisational requirement. The outcome of this CU is to meet occupational skills standard which incorporate the skills, knowledge and attitude to be delivered systematically. |

Objektif Pembelajaran | The person who is competent in this CU shall be able to produce excellent research & development result to be utilized by the organisation in a way to ensure the achievement of the organizational mission and vision.
