Penerangan CU | This competency unit describes the skills, knowledge and attitude requirements in HR Consulting engagement. The role of HR Consulting engagement personnel is to provide HR Consulting engagement service in order to achieve organizational objectives. The person who is competent in HR Consulting engagement will be able to analyze HR Consulting client engagement concept and requirements, plan HR Consulting engagement, perform HR Consulting client engagement, evaluate HR Consulting client engagement, prepare HR Consulting client engagement report in accordance with organisational requirement. The outcome of this CU is to meet occupational skills standard which incorporate the skills, knowledge and attitude to be delivered systematically. |
