The role of HR Consulting service delivery personnel is to provide HR Consulting service in order to achieve organizational objectives. The person who is competent in HR Consulting service delivery will be able to analyze HR Consulting project delivery concept and requirements, plan consulting project delivery, perform consulting project delivery, evaluate consulting project delivery, conduct clients disengagement in accordance with organisational requirement. The outcome of this CU is to meet occupational skills standard which incorporate the skills, knowledge and attitude to be delivered systematically. |
