Penerangan CU | This competency unit describes the skills, knowledge and attitude requirements in Planned Change Management consulting. The role of Planned Change Management consultant is to provide planned change consulting services in order to achieve organizational objectives. The person who is competent in Planned Change Management will be able to analyze Planned Change Management consulting concept and requirements, develop planned change management program, perform Planned Change Management program, Planned Change Management evaluation and prepare Planned Change Management report in accordance with organisational requirement. The outcome of this CU is to meet occupational skills standard which incorporate the skills, knowledge and attitude to be delivered systematically. |
