Penerangan CUThis competency unit describes the skills, knowledge and attitude requirements in HR Research & Development. The role of HR Research & Development personnel is to provide research services to establish facts, solving problems, introduce new ideas, products or services using a scientific method in order to achieve organizational objectives.

The person who is competent in HR Research & Development activities will be able to Analyze HR Research & Development activities concepts and requirements, plan HR Research & Development activities, perform HR Research & Development activities, evaluate HR Research & Development written report and perform HR Research & Development report presentation in accordance with organisational requirement. The outcome of this CU is to meet occupational skills standard which incorporate the skills, knowledge and attitude to be delivered systematically.
