Penerangan CU | This competency unit describes the skills, knowledge and attitude requirements in HR Audit consulting. The role of HR Audit consulting personnel is to provide HR Consulting services in order to achieve organizational objectives. The person who is competent in HR Audit consulting will be able to analyze HR Audit concept and requirements, plan HR Audit, perform HR Audit, evaluate HR Audit performance and prepare HR Audit performance report in accordance with organisational requirement. The outcome of this CU is to meet occupational skills standard which incorporate the skills, knowledge and attitude to be delivered systematically. |
