Penerangan CU | This competency unit describes the skills, knowledge and attitude requirements in Consulting Services departmental management. The role of Consulting Services department manager is to effectively plan, organize, lead and control all of resources in order to achieve departmental goals. The person who is competent in Consulting Services departmental management will be able to formulate Consulting Services departmental strategic plan, prepare Consulting Services management budget, lead Consulting Services departmental strategic plan implementation, perform employee performance management, and provide Consulting Services management performance report in accordance with organisational requirement. The outcome of this CU is to meet occupational skills standard which incorporate the skills, knowledge and attitude to be delivered systematically. |
