| Penerangan CU | Offset plate making system servicing and routine maintenance is performing routine actions which keep the equipment in working order or prevent trouble from arising. This competency is to perform on a regular, specified and on-going basis in order to ensure that equipment are kept in good working order, production run smoothly and prevent unplanned downtime in accordance with maintenance schedule, machine manual and company’s Standard Operating Procedure (SOP). The person who is competent in offset plate making system servicing and routine maintenance shall be able to prepare its machine servicing materials, tools and equipment and service machine’s component namely CTP (computer to plate) exposure System, CTP processor machine and CTP bender machine |

| Objektif Pembelajaran | LEARNING OUTCOME The person who is competent in this competency shall be able to service and maintain offset plate making system according to machine manual and Standard Operating Procedure (SOP). Upon completion of this competency unit, trainees will be able to:- • Prepare tools, equipment and materials • Carry out CTP exposure machine servicing and routine maintenance • Carry out CTP processor machine servicing and routine maintenance • Carry out CTP bender machine servicing and routine maintenance |
