| Penerangan CU | Sheet fed offset printing machine servicing and routine maintenance is performing routine actions which keep the equipment in working order or prevent trouble from arising. This competency is to perform on a regular, specified and on-going basis in order to ensure that equipment are kept in good working order, production run smoothly and prevent unplanned downtime in accordance with maintenance schedule, machine manual and company’s Standard Operating Procedure (SOP). The person who is competent in sheet fed offset printing machine servicing and routine maintenance shall be able to prepare its servicing materials, tools and equipment and service machine’s component namely feeder, printing and delivery units |

| Objektif Pembelajaran | LEARNING OUTCOME The person who is competent in this competency shall be able to service and maintain sheet fed offset printing machine according to machine manual and Standard Operating Procedure (SOP). Upon completion of this competency unit, trainees will be able to:- • Prepare tools, equipment and materials • Carry out feeder unit servicing and routine maintenance • Carry out printing unit servicing and routine maintenance • Carry out coating unit servicing and routine maintenance • Carry out delivery unit servicing and routine maintenance |
