| Penerangan CU | Post press machine servicing and routine maintenance is performing routine actions which keep the equipment in working order or prevent trouble from arising. This competency is to perform on a regular, specified and on-going basis in order to ensure that equipment are kept in good working order, production run smoothly and prevent unplanned downtime in accordance with maintenance schedule, machine manual and company’s Standard Operating Procedure (SOP). The person who is competent in post press machine servicing and routine maintenance shall be able to prepare its servicing materials, tools and equipment and service machine’s component namely laminating/ coating, cutting, folding, sewing, stitching, trimming, binding, die cut and folder gluing machine. |

| Objektif Pembelajaran | The person who is competent in this competency shall be able to service and maintain post press machine according to machine manual and Standard Operating Procedure (SOP). Upon completion of this competency unit, trainees will be able to:- • Prepare tools equipment and materials • Carry out laminating/ coating machine servicing and routine maintenance • Carry out cutting machine servicing and routine maintenance • Carry out folding machine servicing and routine maintenance • Carry out sewing machine servicing and routine maintenance • Carry out stitching machine servicing and routine maintenance • Carry out trimming machine servicing and routine maintenance • Carry out binding machine servicing and routine maintenance • Carry out die cut machine servicing and routine maintenance • Carry out folder gluing machine servicing and routine maintenance |
