Penerangan CUThis competency unit describes the skills, knowledge and attitude requirements in Compensation & Benefits departmental management. The role of Compensation & Benefits department manager is to effectively plan, organize, lead and control all of resources in order to achieve outcomes.
The person who is competent in Compensation & Benefits departmental management will be able to formulate Compensation & Benefits departmental strategic plan, prepare Compensation & Benefits management budget, lead Compensation & Benefits departmental strategic plan implementation, perform employee performance management, and provide Compensation & Benefits Management Performance Report in accordance with organisational requirement.
The outcome of this CU is to meet occupational skills standard which incorporate the skills, knowledge and attitude to be delivered systematically.
