Penerangan CUThis competency unit describes the skills, knowledge and attitude requirements in salary management. The role of Salary Management personnel is to manage salary functions of the organization in order to achieve outcomes.
The person who is competent in Salary Management will be able to analyze Salary Manage-ment concept and requirements, develop Salary Management policies & procedures, formulate salary plan and structure, manage salary payment and record and prepare salary report in accordance with related labour legislation and organisational requirement.
The outcome of this CU is to meet occupational skills standard which incorporate the skills, knowledge and attitude to be delivered systematically.
