Penerangan CU | This competency unit describes the skills, know-ledge and attitude require-ments in Employee Protec-tion Benefits Management. The role of Employee Pro-tection Benefits manager is to manage employee insurance scheme, SOCSO and all other type of Employee Protection Benefits if any in order to achieve outcomes. The person who is compe-tent in Employee Protection Benefits management will be able to analyze Employee Protection Benefits program environment, review Employee Protection Benefits program, manage Employee Protection Benefits program implementation, manage Employee Protection Benefits program performance, and present Employee Protection Benefits program performance report in accordance with related labour legislation and organisational requirement. The outcome of this CU is to meet occupational skills standard which incorporate the skills, knowledge and attitude to be delivered systematically. |
