Penerangan CU | This competency unit describes the skills, knowledge and attitude requirements in Employee Leave & Leisure Benefits Management. The role of Employee Leave & Leisure Benefits Management personnel is to plan, organize, lead and control all resources to effectively perform Employee Leave & Leisure Benefits functions in order to achieve human resources and organizational objectives. The person who is competent in Employee Leave & Leisure Benefits will be able to formulate leave & leisure benefits management strategy, policy and procedure, verify Employee Leave & Leisure Benefits implementation plan, manage Employee Leave & Leisure Benefits, analyze Employee Leave & Leisure Benefits Management performance, and present Employee Leave & Leisure Benefits program performance report in accordance with related labour legislation and organisational requirement.
