Penerangan CU | This competency unit describes the skills, know-ledge and attitude require-ments in Human Resource Research & Development. The role of Human Resource Research & Development personnel is to perform investigative activities to scientifically discover new knowledge, evidences or facts that can either lead to the development of new working procedures, concepts, facts or product or improvement of the existing working procedures, concepts, facts or products in relation to human resource management related subjects in order to achieve human resource and organizational objectives. The person who is competent in Human Resource Research & Development will be able to analyze Human Resource Research & Development concepts and requirements, plan Human Resource Research & Development activities, perform Human Resource Research & Development activities, evaluate human resource research written report, and perform Human Resource Research & Development Report presentation in accordance with organisational requirement. The outcome of this CU is to meet occupational skills standard which incorporate the skills, knowledge and attitude to be delivered systematically. |
