| Penerangan CU | CU title describes the competency in magnetic particle testing (MT) equipment and material preparation. He or she is responsible to acquire work instruction, identify work component material, identify surface preparation, verify equipment calibration and functionality, and check consumable certificate and expiry. The personnel who are competent in this CU shall be able to select work component material, Set-up MT equipment and prepare MT consumable. The outcome of this CU is, the MT equipment and material is identified, selected and prepared as per work nstruction. |
