| Penerangan CU | The CU title describes the competency in Magnetic Particle Testing (MT) written instruction preparation. He or she will be responsible in preparing written instruction for specific MT techniques by making reference to approved MT procedures and other inspection requirements to be used by qualified MT personnel. The personnel who are competent in this CU shall be able to apply basic principle and requirement for MT, produce MT written instructions using Yoke (AC, DC, and Permanent Magnet), Prod, Head Shot, Coil and Central Conductor with consumables comprising Dry Iron Particle, Wet Visible Iron Particles and Wet Fluorescent Iron Particles. The outcome of this CU is the production of MT written instruction in all techniques by qualified personnel for use in MT in welded construction and engineering component industries. |
