| Penerangan CU | Printing Production Management describes the production planning organizes the use of resources from personnel to materials so that workplace efficiency is maximized, and production time and costs are kept to a minimum. The person who is competent in this CU shall be able to analyse printing production process plan, manage printing process workflow, manage printing process requirement, monitor printing machinery and equipment maintenance, manage production manpower, manage printing process performance and manage production administration. The outcome of this competency is to ensure the production plans are on target and production is done as scheduled in accordance with production budgeting forecast and production goals. |
