| Penerangan CU | The CU title describes the competency in finishing supervision. Finishing supervision is core activity for supervisor in the industries to supervise and coordinates activities of workers and machines engaged in operations. The person who is competent in this CU shall be able to, prepare work assignment, conduct production work briefing, prepare daily progress report, coordinate production staff meeting, supervise housekeeping activities, organize chemical hazard storage, supervise chemical hazard storage, conduct staff appraisal and coordinate staff training according to Standard Operating Procedure (SOP). |
