| Penerangan CU | This competency unit describes the skills, knowledge and attribute requirements in seed farm management. It is to manage and monitor cultivation activities. The person who is competent in seed farm management shall be able to manage site activities seedling preparation, planting activities, irrigation and fertilisation pest, diseases and weed control and cultivation documentation. The outcome of this competency is to ensure seed farming development efficiently managed in compliance with organisation’s operational policy. |
