| Penerangan CU | The CU title describes the competency in water treatment process optimisation. He or She is the person responsible for optimising chemical, energy and manpower utilisation for water treatment plant operation. The person who is competent in water process optimisation shall be able to gather current treatment process data, analyse current operation performance, manage water process optimisation programmes and evaluate water process optimisation programme results. The outcome of this competency is to ensure the water treatment plan is running at its optimum capacity in compliance with company and regulatory body requirements.
