The person who is competent in this CU shall be able to identify Cellular Phone Software Fault, verify software operating system, Flashing Cellular Phone Software, Cellular Phone Testing and commissioning according to specification and meet client requirement. The outcome of this competency is to ensure operating system and platform is restored according to factory specification. |
