| Penerangan CU | The CU title describes the competency in water treatment plant financial management. He or She is the person responsible for preparing budget and managing the financial affairs of a water treatment plant. The person who is competent in water treatment plant financial management shall be able to identify water treatment plant financial management requirements, monitor Key Performance Indicator (KPI) implementation, develop strategic business plan, monitor business plan implementation, evaluate strategic business plan achievement and prepare strategic business plan report. The outcome of this competency is to ensure the water demand plan is running in compliance with regulatory body requirements and regulations. Upon completion of this competency unit, trainees will be able to: - Identify water treatment plant financial management requirements. - Monitor plant Key Performance Indicator (KPI) achievement. - Develop strategic business plan.
