| Penerangan CU | Routine Nursery Operational Planning is the planning of routine operational activities such as potting media preparation, sowing of seeds, harvesting and cuttings of mother plant materials, planting of cuttings, maintenance of planting materials, planting materials selection (culling) and stock checking. The personnel who are competent in this CU shall be able to check routine nursery operational activities requirements, labour availability and prepare work schedule in accordance with the Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) The outcome of this competency is to ensure that nursery operational activities are well planned so that nursery routine activities can be implemented efficiently with the optimization of available resources to achieve the set target. |
