The personnel who are competent in this CU shall be able to check operational activities requirements, monitor the works and prepare report on operational activities. The outcome of this competency is to ensure that the operational qualities are controlled in accordance with Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) and nursery operational standard to ensure that high quality planting materials are produced. |
