| Penerangan CU | Pest and Diseases Monitoring involves the regular monitoring of the occurrence of pest and infection of diseases in the nursery to ensure that the planting materials are free from pest and diseases infection. Any incidence of pest and diseases attack should be reported to the management immediately. The personnel who are competent in this CU shall be able to inspect, monitor pest occurrence and disease infection and prepare the report. The outcome of this competency is to ensure that the pest and disease monitoring activities are carried out in accordance with Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) to prevent pest and diseases from spreading at the nursery. |

| Objektif Pembelajaran | The outcome of this competency is to ensure that the pest and disease monitoring activities are carried out in accordance with Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) to prevent pest and diseases from spreading at the nursery. Upon completion of this competency unit, trainees will be able to:- • Inspect pest occurrence and disease infection. • Monitor pest occurrence and disease infection. • Prepare pest occurrence and disease infection report. |
