| Penerangan CU | Nursery Supervisory Functions related to the supervision of nursery operational activities such as preparation of growing containers, potting media preparation, sowing of seeds/cutting propagation and maintenance of planting materials. The personnel who are competent in this CU shall be able to supervise subordinates performance, monitor work progress and prepare work progress report in accordance with Standard Operating Procedure (SOP). The outcome of this competency is to ensure that the nursery operational activities are carried out in accordance with the set standard and Standard Operating Procedure (SOP). |
