| Penerangan CU | The CU title describes the competency in shipment hub processing. He or She is the person who involve in inbound and outbound shipment processing activities before hand over to courier and linehaul. The person who is competent in this CU shall be able to inspect hub processing tools and equipment functionality, check in customer shipment, coding shipment, rectify if any problem arise, hand over/ up load shipment, check shipment hub processing effectiveness, submit shipment hub processing activities report to superior. The outcome of this competency is to provide accurate sorting and maintain timely processing activities to ensure the related entire operation function in accordance with company policy, Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) and Local Authority regulation. The personnel who are to be competent in this competency must in prior have the following competencies:- i. Basic Geographic knowledge ii. Willing to work in night shift |
