| Penerangan CU | The CU title describes the competency in courier service centre. He or She is the person who involve in entertaining walk in customer to the service centre. The person who is competent in this CU shall be able to obtain customer shipment, identify shipment criteria, prepare courier services charges, coordinate customer shipment collection, check courier service centre effectiveness and submit shipment hub processing activities report to superior. The outcome of this competency is to provide accurate and efficient courier operational service for the beginning stage in accordance with company policy and Local Authority regulation. The personnel who are to be competent in this competency must in prior have the following competencies:- i. Competence in CU 1, 2 & 3 |
