| Penerangan CU | Parking Ticketing & Collection Handling is the competency of selling parking spaces and collecting parking fees from customers in accordance with company’s SOP. The person who is competent in this CU shall be able to identify parking ticketing requirements, carry out casual parking collection for off street / building / open space parking facility, carry out casual parking collection for on street, carry out refund process and reconcile collected parking fee, voucher and refund.
