| Penerangan CU | Parking Facility Maintenance Arrangement is a work process of coordinating and ensuring parking facility operability. Parking equipment and amenities require constant maintenance & servicing in order to perform well during service period. Parking facility must be in compliance with relevant authority requirement. The person who is competent in this CU shall be able to identify parking facility maintenance requirements, inspect condition of parking facility, coordinate parking facility maintenance, monitor maintenance works progress, perform minor maintenance works and update maintenance works record. The outcome of this competency is to enable personnel to coordinate parking facility maintenance according to maintenance schedule and relevant authority compliance. |
