Penerangan CU | Parking Facility Emergency Response Coordination is a work process of dealing with unforeseen circumstances. All emergency situations under the purview of company’s emergency handling policy must be responded and overcame accordingly as to safeguard company’s assets and customer. The person who is competent in emergency handling shall be able to identify emergency response coordination requirements, arrange vehicle emergency response, arrange vehicle breakdown response, arrange customer’s health emergency response and prepare incident report. The outcome of this competency is to enable personnel resolve emergency situation timely and professionally by adhering to company’s SOP and policy. |
