Competent personnel shall be able to identify linen ironing requirements, carry out ironing process, monitor ironing process and check ironed linen quality according to manufacturer instruction manual, ironing programme and company’s Standard Operating Procedures (SOP). Efficiency in linen ironing process will ensure the standard and quality of ironed linen can be accepted by customers. |
