Penerangan CULaundry Plant Staff Development Management is an activity to develop competent manpower in accordance with company’s policies and Company’s Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and job description.

Competent personnel shall be able to identify laundry plant staff development management requirements, plan staff development activities, prepare department training plan, coordinate and conduct actual training, evaluate training effectiveness, carry out counselling & motivation session, develop departmental succession plan and evaluate staff development requirements effectiveness.
Efficiency in Laundry Plant Staff Development Management can produce a good staff with knowledge, skills, competencies that enhance performance and productivity.
