Penerangan CULaundry plant staff performance evaluation and review is a systematic and periodic process that assesses an individual employee’s job performance and productivity in relation to certain pre-established criteria and organisational objectives. It is a process of examining and evaluating employee work behaviour and laundry plant practices. The result of the comparison must be documented and used to provide feedback to the management and employee to show where and why improvements are needed in accordance with company’s Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), company’s Policies and Labour Law.

Competent personal shall be able to identify laundry plant staff performance evaluation and review requirements, plan laundry plant staff performance evaluation and review session, conduct and review staff performance evaluation session, recommend staff performance achievement and improvement and evaluate laundry plant performance evaluation and review effectiveness and compliance.
