| Penerangan CU | Laundry Plant Set Up Management is a proper arrangement of work area or service area and use of available resources including machines, materials and methods of production inside the plant / business area in accordance with company’s policies and Company’s Standard Operating Procedures (SOP). Competent personnel shall be able to identify laundry plant design, layout & set-up management requirements, develop laundry plant layout & set-up, manage laundry plant layout & set-up and review laundry plant layout & set-up. Efficiency in Plant Set Up Management is to have most effective and optimum utilisation of available floor space, combine labour with the physical properties of a plant (machinery, plant services, and handling equipment) in such a manner that the greatest output of high quality goods and services, manufactured at the lowest unit cost of production and distribution. |
