Penerangan CU | Laundry Plant Manpower Management refers to the process of planning, organizing, staffing, directing, coordinating and controlling, at other times it is used to describe it as a function of managing people in accordance with company’s policies and Company’s Standard Operating Procedures (SOP). Competent personnel shall be able to analyse laundry plant manpower management requirements, prepare laundry plant manpower documentations, monitor & enforce training effectiveness, monitor staff behavioural & performance. Efficiency in Manpower Management is to attaining economically and effectively the organizational goals, serving to the highest possible degree the individual goals and preserving and advancing the general welfare of the community. |
