Competent personnel shall be able to identify business opportunity, execute pre-tender / proposal requirements fulfilment, prepare tender / proposal documents, manage negotiation stage, manage awarded contract and manage termination of contract. Efficiency in Contract Management will develop good relationship between both parties |
