| Penerangan CU | Aircraft Interior Component Fabrication is the competency of making interior components as to meet operational needs in accordance with Service Bulletin (SB), Airworthiness Directive (AD), Supplementary Type Certificate (STC), Approved Design Data, Burn Test Certificate, Certificate of Conformity (COC) and Structural Repair Manual (SRM). The aircraft interior components for fabrication is limited to: • Seat covers • Carpet • Cabin panels • Curtains • Accessories - Placards - Soap dispenser - Magazine pocket - Air freshener dispenser The person who is competent in this CU shall be able to identify interior components fabrication requirement, inspect raw materials and toolings, fabricate aircraft interior components, arrange conformity testing and work card closure. The outcome of this competency is to enable personnel to make / produce interior component and extend its function to suit operational needs in compliance with fabrication documentations and safety requirements. |
