| Penerangan CU | Standard Malaysian Rubber (SMR) Production Raw Material Control describes the overall planning and controlling of raw materials required for the SMR processing operation. This includes plans, directs and controls the material supply of production raw material in terms of quantity, quality, requisition, handling and storage. The personnel who is competent in this CU shall be able to analyse raw material requirements, perform production raw material requisition, organise incoming raw materials, monitor raw material quality handling. He / She will gain competency in evaluating the raw material requirements for SMR production. He / She needs to be well informed about current inventory stocks in the factory so that additional raw materials supply may be planned ahead without affecting the scheduled production. Furthermore, the personnel must be knowledgeable in preparing related documents and liaising with related regulatory agencies for licencing application/renewal. The outcome of this competency is the personnel able to conduct an excellent raw material supply control for SMR production use and adhere to the production schedule in accordance with company’s standard operating procedure (SOP) and customer’s requirements. |
