| Penerangan CU | Standard Malaysian Rubber (SMR) Production Manpower Control describes the function of management which plans directs and controls the manpower supply of the SMR processing operation. This includes the control in terms of manpower allocation, performance, training, safety compliance monitoring. Ability to perform production manpower controlling is one of important factors to improve productivity performance. The person who is competent in this CU shall be able to organise production manpower allocation, analyse manpower performance, conduct production personnel training and monitor manpower safety compliance. He / She will gain competency in utilising the available manpower to run the SMR production operation efficiently. Furthermore, the personnel will be capable of organising the required training for manpower based on revised key performance indicators. He / She will also be competent in monitoring the compliance of the manpower to adhere to the safety requirements at work. The outcome of this competency is the personnel able to perform excellent production manpower utilization planning and to demonstrate an improved productivity performance in accordance with company’s standard operating procedure (SOP). |
