| Penerangan CU | Standard Malaysian Rubber (SMR) Processing Operation Control describes the main integral sections requiring technical control for maintaining the output of a specific SMR processing within SMR product grade specifications. The control starts from verification of the raw materials, machine technical parameters, device calibration, SMR processing, packaging and lastly final SMR product despatch. The personnel who is competent in this CU shall be able to identify SMR grade, inspect SMR processing machine technical parameters, verify device calibration status, supervise SMR processing operation, verify final SMR product quality and packaging process and manage final SMR product storage. He / She will gain a considerable knowledge in the technical processing parameters and final product quality so that the final SMR product grades produced meet the requirements. He / She will gain competency in controlling the final SMR product packaging process and despatch procedure so that delivery schedules obeyed The outcome of this competency is the personnel able to conduct an excellent SMR processing operation control and able to organise the final SMR product despatch in accordance with company’s standard operating procedure (SOP) and customer’s requirements. |
