| Penerangan CU | Standard Malaysian Rubber (SMR) Effluent Treatment Operation describes the coordination of the SMR factory effluent treatment system. This system is the important part because it is the section where wastes from SMR processing activities need to undergo treatment before release. The person who is competent in this CU shall be able to monitor water effluent drainage system, monitor anaerobic pond condition, monitor aerobic pond condition, perform effluent water sampling and analyse effluent quality compliance. He/She shall be able to monitor all practical aspects of operating and maintaining the rubber effluent system, emphasizing the use of safe practices and procedures. The outcome of this competency is the personnel could provide excellent handling of the SMR rubber effluent treatment operation and maintain the compliance with Department of Environment (DOE) regulations |
