This CU also covers authority licensing requirements management as well as internal and external audit The person who is competent in this CU shall be able to maintain liaison with relevant regulatory authorities, Manage authority licensing requirements and regulatory compliance, organise internal audit and participate in external audit. The outcome of this competency is to ensure regulatory compliance and to avoid litigation and downtime losses. |
