| Penerangan CU | Industrial APC Operation Plan Development describes the competencies required to plan resources requirements including manpower, assets and consumables. Proper planning is essential in optimising resources to achieve efficiency. The person who is competent in this CU shall be able to analyse APCS operation regulatory requirements and scope of work, plan manpower requirements, plan assets and consumables acquisition, endorse operation scheduling and consolidate operation plan. The outcome of this competency is to ensure efficient and effective operations that comply with environmental and HSE regulatory requirements. |
