The person who is competent in hair colouring shall be able to carry out virgin hair colouring, carry out white hair colouring, carry out root re-touch, carry out hair highlighting and carry out bleaching. The outcome of this competency is to enable hair colouring to be a valuable contributing factor in appearance grooming in compliance with the hairdressing standard practice |
