Penerangan CU | This competency unit describes the Customer And Authorization/ Regulatory Body Relation Management. The personnel responsible to manage and liaise customer and authorization/statutory bodies’ personnel in charge in order to meet customer satisfaction and comply the authorization/body requirements. The person who is competent in this competency unit shall be able to interpret and analyse customer and authorization bodies requirements, build up good rapport with customer and authorization/regulatory bodies personnel in charge, response to all requirements ethically and ensure the customer satisfaction and authorization/ regulatory bodies compliances. The outcome of this competency is to comply with authorization/statutory bodies’ requirements to ensure operation of production runs smoothly, achieved production target and customer satisfaction in accordance with Standard Operating Procedure.
