| Penerangan CU | This competency unit describes the competency in Plastic Production Planning Management. The personnel responsible to manage plastic production planning activities systematically and production requirements are clearly described and acknowledged by relevant person in charged. The person who is competent in this competency unit shall be able to review customer delivery order, check current company resources, capabilities and inventory status, develop master production plan, issue procurement instructions for materials requisition and monitor the production planning activities effectiveness. The outcome of this competency is to produce a master production plan to ensure customer’s requirements (quality, cost, delivery, morale and safety (QCDMS)) are met and fulfilled at optimum cost within company allocated budget in accordance with company Key Performance Indicator set by the company. | Objektif Pembelajaran | The person who is competent in this competency unit shall be able to manage production planning activities by producing a master production plan to ensure customer’s requirements (quality, cost, delivery, morale and safety (QCDMS)) are met and fulfilled at optimum cost within company allocated budget in accordance with company Key Performance Indicator (KPI) set by the company.
