| Penerangan CU | This competency unit describes the competency in Plastic Production Operation Control. The personnel responsible to control and monitor all operation activities in the plastic production based on the planning and target set by the company. The person who is competent in this competency unit shall be able to confirm the production received from authorised parties, distribute related assignment to available manpower, monitor preparation of production line/work area setup and operation activities, maintain safety, health and environmental procedures, propose remedial actions and improvement plans and acknowledge the superior/authorised parties regarding the performance of the operation. The outcome of this competency is to ensure the operation are running smoothly, safely and meet the production target set by the company in accordance with Standard Operating Procedure and customer requirements The personnel who are to be competent in this competency must in prior have the following competencies: 1. Interpersonal Skills 2. Mould/Die and Machinery setup |
